Every qualifying sale generated through your unique referral link is credited to your partner account for commission purposes.
Standard exceptions apply: refunds, fraud, duplicate accounts, existing registered opportunities and cancelled transactions. Eligible renewals and upgrades remain attributed to you while your agreement is active and the commission plan permits recurring commission. The platform owns and manages the customer relationship; you receive contractual attribution and commission rights.

Is this a salaried role?
No. This is an independent, commission-only commercial opportunity. There is no salary or guaranteed earnings.
How are sales credited to me?
Every qualifying sale generated through your unique referral link is credited to your partner account for commission purposes, subject to the platform attribution rules.
Do I own the customers I refer?
No. The platform owns and manages the customer relationship. You receive contractual attribution and commission rights on qualifying sales.
What happens to renewals?
Eligible renewals and upgrades remain attributed to you while your agreement is active and the commission plan permits recurring commission.
When do I get paid?
Commissions pass a validation period, are approved by finance, and are paid on the configured payout schedule (monthly by default).
What if a sale is refunded?
Refunded, cancelled or fraudulent transactions create a reversal adjustment in your commission ledger and do not generate commission.
